1. Right of Withdrawal
1.1. As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. This withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.

2. Withdrawal Process
2.1. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement via email, postal mail, or through our online contact form.

2.2. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory.

3. Effects of Withdrawal
3.1. If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

3.2. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

3.3. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

4. Return of Goods
4.1. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

4.2. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

4.3. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

4.4. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
5.1. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, goods that deteriorate rapidly, or goods that are sealed and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery.
